Laser Tube Cutting is used to cut Profiles and Shapes on Tubular parts of all types, like Round, Square , Rectangle and Special Profiles. This process eliminates multiple operations that are typically involved in Tube Processing. It opens up for Creative Designing thus saving material & cost. Tubes as long as 6m can be processed at Magod Laser.

Material: Most Metals including MS, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass

 

Fine Tube Cutting:

Dia 1 to 15 mm and

Wall Thickness of 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm,

Length up to 500 mm

 

Regular Tube Cutting:

Dia 15 mm to 150 mm, Wall Thickness from 0.5 mm to 8 mm, Length upto 6000 mm

 

Heavy Tube Cutting:

150 to 300 mm, Wall Thickness upto 12 mm, Max length 2500 mm
